Our accessibility goal
We design and test this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical target. Accessibility is an ongoing part of our design, content, and development work rather than a one-time certification.
Our current work includes:
- keyboard access and visible focus indicators;
- headings, landmarks, labels, status messages, and error identification that work with assistive technology;
- text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative images;
- sufficient text contrast, responsive layouts, zoom support, and reduced-motion preferences;
- accessible names and instructions for forms, navigation, tables, calculators, and store controls; and
- accessible web alternatives for documents that are not fully tagged for assistive technology.
We use automated checks and manual browser testing. Automated tools are useful but cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so we also review representative journeys with keyboard-only navigation, different viewport sizes, zoom, and accessibility-tree inspection.
